You can continue shopping from where you left off before making the purchase, add the other products you want to buy to your cart, and place your order if you complete the steps in the purchasing procedure.

Order Steps

In the purchasing step, you must enter a delivery and billing address before placing your order. You can also use your delivery address as your billing address.
In this step, you can use the information you entered while registering, or you can update your information and define a new address for your account.
After choosing the billing and delivery addresses, determine your payment method.
In your payment method; Please enter your requested credit/debit card information completely.
You can complete your payment in installments or as a single payment. You can determine the amount of installments according to the number of installments offered by the system.
Before confirming your order, check your user information (delivery address, billing address, e-mail address, phone number…). Please update if there is any missing or incorrect information.
After checking your user information, you can complete the purchase.

Post-Order Processes

After completing your purchase, your order enters the confirmation phase.
Your approved order will be delivered to cargo.
If your order is delivered to cargo, you will be informed via e-mail or SMS.
You can track the delivery stages of your order with the cargo tracking number sent to you.
While your order is in the approval phase, you can cancel your product.
You cannot cancel your product delivered to cargo. If you wish, you can inform that you will not receive your order from the cargo authority on the day of delivery, and that you will return it. If you indicate to the cargo officer that you have returned the product, the return process takes place.

For the year 2021, in the applications to be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees;

District consumer arbitration committees in disputes with a value below 7 thousand 550 liras in provinces with metropolitan status,

Provincial consumer arbitration committees in disputes between 7 thousand 550 and 11 thousand 330 TL in provinces with metropolitan status,

Provincial consumer arbitration committees are in charge of disputes with a value below 11 thousand 330 liras in the centers of provinces and their affiliated districts that are not in metropolitan status.
